1 km from S Maria, a parking space in an unattended parking lot is located in a room with a bathroom, kitchenette and independent entrance in a villa on the first floor (no elevator) surrounded by Mediterranean scrub. The beach can be reached with a 250m descent. The studio has a fabulous view of the beautiful sea of Santa Maria di Castellabate and is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and a functional kitchenette with pots, dishes, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.
