We felt very comfortable. The beautiful,well-kept garden with lots of play options and the great pool was our absolute highlight

The house is in a very beautiful location and is equipped with everything you need. Especially the wood-burning stove makes the living room very comfortable in winter. The contact with Petr was very kind and uncomplicated. I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Joseph's apartment as a family. Our son and our dog loved the spacious and beautiful garden and it kept them occupied quite easily. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool because the weather wasn't good enough for it to be prepared yet. Another great thing about the apartment was the well stocked kitchen. We had all the supplies to cook dinner with and we could've even baked a cake. Thanks for the great stay!

The place was fantastic, clean, purposeful, beautiful, just unique. Amenities of the chalet👍. The host is kind, responsive, and communicative. The outdoor seating is breathtaking, stunning views of the river, hot tub,😁 and so excited when there's a pool and sauna. We'll be sure to come back. Thank you so much.

We had a great time in Lhotka! Josef is very personable and was always easily accessible. Especially with the not so good weather, we enjoyed the great wellness area, which is really worth a try! We arrived without a car, which was a little more difficult but still doable. Highly recommend the place, we would come back!

Lukáš's accommodation was one of the absolute highlights of our family's 4-month trip around Europe. Having spent lots of time in cities, it was such a treat to spend time surrounded by nature and without any other people around. The nearby lakes were frozen, which was a novelty for this Australian family, and we loved the frost on the grass in the surrounding hills. The house is very cosy, thanks to heating and carpets, and has everything you need. Lukáš was very accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. We loved it our spontaneous New Year's Eve trip here!

Great place to explore Czech Republic. You definitely need a car to get around except for getting to the village swimming pond/playground. Both Prague and Pilsen are easy to reach and there is tons of stuff to see and do in between. We went with 2 young kids and they weren't bored for a second

We had a very lovely time there. Perfect place to get away from everyday life. The house has a very charming character and as soon as the heating oven does it's work, it turns into a very cosy atmosphere. I really enjoyed watching the sunsets from bed each evening. Our dog very much approved of the backyard as well :) Thanks again!

This is definitely a 5 star accommodation. Beautiful serene surroundings, fairytale-like cottage, cool interior, nice BBQ area and Tomáš was a super host. He was always available 24/7 like he said, very friendly and easy going. We were a family of four with two small toddlers. Will for sure come again, thank you!

we had an amazing weekend in this cozy, beautifully decorated and very comfortable cottage - seeing deers from the window and just walking out the gate for a nice hike in the snowy Sumava - perfect place to disconnect, read, spend quality time with loved ones.

Beautiful little Airbnb with charm in the middle of the countryside. Sauna and hotpot for self-heating make the break perfect.

It is a nice place in very quiet location. You can enjoy silence watching stars while relaxing in warm pool) Amazing experience!

Great place to recreate. Large back yard to play outdoor social games. The space was very above standard for me. (board games, outdoor games, basic kitchen utensils, fire pit and grill with wood,...) Communication with the Owner could not have been better. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The possibility of eating out at the OL te, the ping pong table, the spare linens and large beds for everyone. The kitchen is quite minimalist, no oven in particular, you have to be creative in the m nudes but the BBQ is easy to use. We very much enjoyed the quietness of the house and surroundings.

My friends and I felt super comfortable! Bethany is a really warm and eager host. The apartment is very well-equipped and you will find everything you need - the highlight was the fireplace prepared for the firewood. In front of the house is a huge garden that is directly adjacent to a beautiful, enchanted forest. You may share the garden with other AirBnB guests from the adjacent house or a tent, which is located on the property. The animals on Bethany's farm seemed very satisfied and were cute to look at. We were able to buy fresh eggs from the chickens. Definitely we will come back if it turns out 🥰

A very lovingly furnished AirBnB, with lots of small practical things (coffee maker, broom, oil, tea,...). The garden was very nice, sunny and in summer there will be a lot of berries. The immediate surroundings are not necessarily for hiking directly, but since you are there by car anyway, it was perfect for us. The charm of the apartment was very nice and we felt so comfortable.

We had a lovely vacation in the cottage. The place was very clean, well equipped and already nice and warm when we arrived. Instead of a TV, there was a projector with a pull-out screen. Using the sauna was also very easy. Our questions were always answered quickly and we even got excursion tips.

Great communication from the start. Open-minded owners who are trying to give advice while asking if anything is needed. Great information about the space in the form of photographs (where, what to do) – great! The house and the surrounding area are an absolute paradise for children. Even if the weather doesn't work out, the kids have a great time. I praise the selection of educational books, educational games, etc. We didn't miss anything. Thank you for a lovely stay! ❤️
