We felt right at home: very close to the city center, clean accommodation, Adriana passionate about her work and very kind (she was always available and available for advice). If there's a chance, we'll definitely be back!

We were two couples and we very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in the modern part of Matera but only a very short walk to elegant shops and restaurants, and to the amazing historical center you'll be exploring. The apartment is modern, spacious, nicely furnished, with a very nicely stocked kitchen. The patio is very large, secluded, and comfortable. We loved everything about the place and would definitely stay here again. I'd note that there is one bathroom adjacent to both bedrooms, but the second bathroom is at the other end of the apartment. The host offers secure garage parking for a modest fee. I recommend you take advantage of this but be sure to drop your bags off at the apartment before you park your car.

We occupy the three apartments that Pasquale has, perfect for our family. Impeccable, very cared for and with everything you need to be comfortable. Very close to the Sassi but in a quieter area and with good restaurants. Very good experience. I recommend it

Very clean place. It was walking distance, about 20 minutes, to downtown Matera. The host was very responsive and very helpful. There were some great eating places in the area. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

I stayed at this B&B for one and the experience was just perfect. The property is cozy, very clean and cared for in every detail. The apartment was spacious and equipped with all amenities. Very clean, spacious and functional accommodation. Several shops and a gas station nearby, and good location to discover Puglia (car needed!). Domenico is very nice, good advice and welcoming despite our late arrival.

I join and confirm all the other reviews. Mr. Giorgio is a wonderful and welcoming person. Her home is perfect with all the possible amenities. The terrace is truly the icing on top, the kids when they saw it were excited. The pine forest in which it is located is evocative and you can easily walk to the beaches. Truly lovely, I recommend it. Castellaneta Marina is a nice place to spend your holidays for those with small children.

Michele's place is brand new, it looks like it's newly renovated, as it appears in the photo, beautiful kitchen, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, brand new bathrooms. We stayed there in five people, four adults and one child, the old town is nearby. Highly recommended.

I'm very, very satisfied The house was so clean and it was a convenient structure to organize my luggage, the house was warm, and the hot water came out well. It was also close to the ruins, so I was able to walk. It was the most pleasant place to stay in Italy

The house has a great location with amazing views from the balcony, making it perfect for staying a few more nights to fully experience the surroundings. Although we only stayed for one day due to our pre-arranged travel itinerary, we genuinely wished we could have extended our stay for several more days.

I made the reservation for my father and his partner's stay. Communication was excellent in the first and foremost, Michael was always available and quick to answer my questions. The stay was very pleasant, the location is clean, comfortable both in the indoor and outdoor spaces and the lady with whom they contacted for check-in and other very courteous eventualities. The only downside you can find, to be very punctilious, is that the structure is a little far from the sea, you need to take the car if you want to bring some lounge chairs or if you are in the company of elderly people, however, the presence of a beautiful pool in our structure. Definitely recommended!

It was a pleasure to be able to stay with Francesco in Marina di Ginosa. The apartment is as described and is 15 minutes from the nearest beach and also from the beginning of the pedestrian zone. Great location to then visit some characteristic villages such as: Matera, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Castellaneta and Ginosa itself. We had a very pleasant vacation, thank you for everything. We LOVED our stay in this beautiful, spacious, well-appointed apartment. It has all the amenities for a wonderful stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, an amazing hot tub in a cave and a comfortable bed with ensuite. Also it is perfectly located in the sassi with incredible views. Access to the apartment is very easy from the Piazza Vittorio Veneto, with only a few stairs to descend to the front door. Paid parking is close by at Park Scotellaro but it is expensive for overnight. We found free parking on Via Lanera (April ). Our only problem was check-in. On arrival, we couldn't reach the local host, and CleanB&B (based in Milan) were unhelpful and unresponsive. We waited for an hour and a half and finally had to contact Airbnb for help. The apartment is self check-in, so we just needed a code to the lockbox. But after that, the local host was much more responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! Wonderful location, breathtaking city, unique stay combining the ancient with modern luxuries and a lovely host. Host was always responsive and helpful especially with our last minute request for the nearby secure parking garage. Garage attendees were expecting us and so friendly. Spacious accommodation with easy, secure access mere steps from the heart of Matera. A delicious complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe was also greatly appreciated. Lovely, friendly staff serving divine pastries, sandwiches and coffees! Matera is not to be missed and staying in a cave apartment, with a hot tub as well, was a once in a lifetime experience!!

A great neighborhood in the city is developing over the next few years. The cathedral in front of the apartment is one of the most beautiful churches I have ever seen. The fortress is worth looking at! (Free but only tours in Italian!)

Quiet area for wellness and relaxation, very clean structure, excellent sauna and hot tub, very simple and well-defined arrival instructions, very satisfactory amenities with everything you need, plenty of breakfast. A nice experience to repeat.

Basilicata is a beautiful region, full of charm. Barbara, our host, guided us in choosing the places to visit that went beyond the classic archaeological sites of which Magna Grecia is rich. This has allowed us to learn more about the Lucanian culture and we are very satisfied with it. The apartment is very clean (and I am a clean maniac) and equipped with all the comforts, made the stay even more pleasant. The presence of the large and well-maintained pool refreshed our afternoons returning from the sea in the hottest hours and then resuming our exits in the evening. We're very happy!
