Located in the Sasso Barisano, the San Biagio Suite is completely carved out of the tuff rock and offers the unique and magical experience of sleeping in the Sassi of Matera. The partition walls are made of frosted glass, but with a touch you can make them transparent so you can appreciate the environment in its evocative entirety. In the Sasso, you can admire the fossil shells that emerge from the tuff, take a shower inside the cave and touch the walls that emerged from the sea a million years ago.

The spaces have been furnished with a reference to the history of the peoples who have lived for centuries in these caves, without taking anything away from the comfort that modernity has given us. At your disposal you have a warm and atmospheric environment where you can feel at home, as in the childhood chest where scents and colors will take you back in time.
