Newly built guest house (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå city center (2 km), the hospital, Nolia, several of the soccer fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at Storträsket. The cottage is equipped with WiFi, smart TV, washing machine and A/C. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private balcony with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, there is the possibility to connect to an electric motor heater.

Beach villa

Spacious and quiet accommodation in a peaceful place by the sea with forest close by, 50 meters to the sea and 500 meters to child-friendly and 5 Star Byske havsbad with water slides and restaurant. Near the Byske River, a forest river with Sweden's best salmon fishing. There is an electric car charger on the property. Byskeälven is an unregulated northern forest river with wild salmon and wild trout. Also large harr and you have very varied fishing spots for you to try. Children under the age of 17 fish for free, with a fishing license.

Härbret

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. Large country kitchen with a sofa bed for 2 people. Living room with sofa bed and day bed. 2 rooms on the upper floor. Two double bedrooms and combined study and bedroom with nice view .Fully equipped kitchen . Newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are available, just let us know if you would like them before you arrive.

Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old agricultural village with beautiful landscapes, with the cities 25-35 km away! Walking distance to the village's 24/7 grocery store, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with stocked fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and peaceful area with the forest and snowmobile track outside the door. Please respect that you are not renting our part of the garden.

The Cube, accommodation on a small island.

On this small island, nature and the sea are in focus. There are no roads or cars, which means that there is a pleasant tranquility on the island. Experience the midnight sun or the northern lights. In summer, the short crossing (400 meters) to the island with a small boat included. In winter, the shuttle is by snowmobile. Nice sea view. Outdoors there is a Jacuzzi that holds 38 degrees year round. There's also a wood-fired sauna. If you are 3 or 4 people, you also live in a separate sleeping cabin.
