As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

Affordable apartment "Manguito"

You'll be close to everything if you stay at this centrally located place; pharmacy, Oxxo, greengrocer, the main square where they sell all kinds of snacks, we're close to it just 2 blocks away, taxis, buses, the streets are always lit up, it's a very busy and safe place; food is within easy reach!!! We have WiFi, hot water and everything you need for cooking: a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and microwave!!! We do not have parking.

My apartment in vallarta, very convenient, with A/C.

The apartment has a double room with 2 double beds with A/C. In another room bar, induction stove,refrigerator, microwave, full bathroom and a small laundry room. It is located in Pitillal, Puerto Vallarta, it is a commercial area where you can find the best prices in the city, there is ease of public transport, it is 2 blocks from the square and the church of Pitillal. Malecón 17 min. Airport 15 min. Central Bus 17 min.
