Apartment super well located, close to everything, pharmacies, supermarket, restaurants, and in front of Morro beach! Charlton was super receptive and maintained good communication throughout the stay, the experience was great!

And our second time in Liliane's apartment. We like it so much that we come back. I recommend the apartment. Everything very clean and neat. The apartment perfectly serves our family (with our little baby and our puppy). There are bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

Excellent Apartment!! Very airy! Large, comfortable beds! The apê was very clean! Gabriel was excellent! The gas ran out and we talked to him, he quickly solved it. It is very close to the beach and the location is great! You even do cardio every day, as the building does not have a kkk lift! Ah...there is no microwave, but this is not a criticism, just an observation. Anyway, it was a great stay! I recommend ✔️

Everything was impeccably clean and organized, with every detail thought out to offer comfort. The accommodations are perfect for relaxing and feeling at home, from the comfortable bed to the utensils available for a practical and pleasant stay. In addition, Haila was an exemplary host! The accommodation met the needs. It is in front of the beach, a beach with quiet waters and ideal for children or those who have a bit of fear, and it is in a condominium with several apartments that has access to the pool. In general, it has the basic necessities in the kitchen. It also has portable fans. One detail I had not seen and that it is worth paying attention if you are with someone older is that the place has stairs. The rooms are separated into 3 floors: a bedroom in front of the garage on the ground floor, living room and kitchen on the 1st floor and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor (one with balcony). In addition, all floors have a bathroom.

The condominium is very quiet and with many leisure areas, very close to the beach. Very clean and organized house, it has everything we need to spend a few days . Viviane very thoughtful and helpful We love and recommend the hosting.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

The stay is wonderful, the place is wonderful. Super safe, comfortable, easy to find, easy access, close to the beach, all very organized. Uber searches and takes without problems. The apartment is exactly like the one described in the ad, kitchen super complete. Communication with the hostess is super fast, she always responds quickly and very attentive. At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
