Casa colonica indipendente immersa in una meravigliosa campagna di 8 ettari(80.000mq) di ulivi e qualche albero da frutta. Luogo ideale per una vacanza all'insegna del relax. Casa indipendente costruita in pietra e legno con ampio giardino vivibile, situata in zona montana a soli 20 km dalla costa tirrenica e 30 km dalla costa ionica. La casa è a 2 km dal centro abitato dove sono presenti tutti i servizi essenziali, a 12 km si trova il centro commerciale "Due Mari". L'aereoporto di Lamezia Terme e la stazione centrale distano soli 20 km. Il luogo è adatto ad ospitare famiglie o comitive per soggiorni di relax immersi nel verde.

Rural retreat. Beautiful, new (2010), low energy house in Mediterranean style with amazing views of the sea and Stromboli located in a park with over 700 olive trees, pines and palm trees. The peace and beauty of nature are unmatched. There is always a cool breeze. 2km to beach and market. Huge living-room with amazing views on the sea and the sunset. Big rooms with views on the park and sea. Large covered terrace with sitting and dining areas. Need a car.
