In a very lively area close to the famous market of Place d 'Aligre and the arcades of the "Coulée Verte", 10 minutes from the Gare de Lyon and Place de la Bastille. 1 living room with fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 120 x 200, shower room, toilet. Former Parisian carpentry located at the back of quiet courtyard, completely renovated. We wanted to keep the soul of this place.
