Apartment rental in the center. Very warm, free WiFi. Surface of 27 m² and balcony of 5 m² Ability to do anything on foot. 2nd floor without elevator, south west facing, not overlooked. Train station and beach 300m away, Market 400m away, shopping avenue 100m away, Supermarket 100m away. No private parking space but free parking at 50 m. Linen provided upon request. €20 for sheets and bathroom linen for 2 people 1 bed, to be paid upon arrival. Extra €10 for the sofa bed

Located at 35 boulevard de l 'ocean with a side sea view in the heart of the shopping and family district of La Baule les pins, up to 3 people ( or 2 adults-2 children). Beach 50 metres Fiber Shops (Carrefour Market & Spar, 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, 1 cheese shop, etc.) at the foot of the building. Market twice a week. Bike rentals a few metres from the apartment. Very bright apartment, large corner terrace... 4th floor, lift.

New 90 m2 apartment with sea view from 3 windows and 1 window with port view. Great location. In the heart of the city center and next to the beach (2-min walk to the beach). A park is right next door (pets are allowed). You are also on the harbor. 3 bedrooms with 3 beds in 160 2 bathrooms (bath and shower). New equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...). Large TV + WIFI Decor done by a decorator.

Refurbished apartment and ideally located in the city center: 600 m from the train station, 250 m from the large market, 400 m from the sea, 300 m from Avenue du Général de Gaulle (shops, cinemas, restaurants), 600 m from the casino and thalassotherapy and all the shops nearby. Everything can be reached on foot. (bicycle and motorcycle rental next door). Fitness center next door as well.

Pleasant, cozy, bright family home & garden

My property is close to the beach, the forest, the train station, the village of Escoublac with its shops. You will appreciate my accommodation for cooking and comfort. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The neighborhood is very quiet and you can park your car in the driveway of the house. It is not accessible to PMRs.
