Beach 5 min walk, quality renovation

The location of the house is ideal for doing everything on foot: 5 min from the beach, 2 min from the market, and 15 from the train station if necessary. Once your car is parked, it won't need to come out again. In the garden you will find an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Attachment points will allow you to secure your bikes. The interior renovation was tastefully carried out by our friend, an interior designer, in collaboration with Lisa.

La Cana Casa – A wild setting with sea views

The pretty "Canadienne", very comfortable, is on the front line facing south towards the ocean. It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

La Petite Maison

Nice little house bathed in light in the heart of the salt-producing village of Saillé. It consists of a living area and a bathroom on the ground floor with a total area of 30 m2 and a mezzanine of 10 m2. The sleeping area on the mezzanine is in the attic. This accentuates the very pleasant feeling of sleeping on top of a cabin under the stars (the skylights are however equipped with blackout blinds). A small south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the sun without being overlooked.

Laissez-vous séduire notre charmante maison de ville de 120 m2 aux belles prestations et à la décoration soignée. Elle est idéalement située à 300 mètres du port de plaisance et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage du Nau Entièrement rénovée en 2024 avec des matériaux de qualité, elle peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 vacanciers. Elle dispose de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, une salle à manger, une cuisine ouverte et une cour intérieure. Elle saura vous charmer, idéal pour un séjour réussi !

The house is equipped for a stay where you will only have to put your bags down!

The Workshop

Small house renovated and enlarged in 2018 located halfway between the port and the Côte Sauvage (Port Lin Beach 500 m away). Warm layout with terrace and garden, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Two bedrooms: the first (140 x 190 bed) and the second with 2 x 80 x 190 convertible into a double bed) a single bed can be added. As residents next to this house, we can easily help you by responding to your requests for information during your stay.

Ideal for a vacation with family or friends, we offer this charming house – atypical, composed of 3 floors – accompanied by a magnificent sea view. Located at the end of this quiet and family-friendly cul-de-sac, you just have to take a few steps to feel the softness and warmth of the fine sand under your feet! A real delight complemented by a magnificent panoramic view: on the right, view of the wild coast; on the left, view of the bay of La Baule!
