Close to the beach, the park and the shops, from Villa Andre you can do everything on foot! We're right next to the train station (La Rochelle center can be reached in 7 minutes on the ter), the beach and the Chatelaillon park with its miniature golf course and extensive children's play areas. A stopover facing the sea (T2 for 4 people)

Ideally located, my apartment is on the beach facing the sea. From its small terrace, you can see Fort Boyard, the islands of Aix and Oléron, the city of La Rochelle, 10 km away, and every night beautiful sunsets. The apartment is comfortable, very well equipped and has Wifi. Private parking space. You are a 5-minute walk from the city center where you will find all the shops. Forget about the car for the duration of your stay, and discover the seaside resort by bike or on foot.

The thalasso and casino, in addition to all the beachfront restaurants, are nearby. Fully equipped house, nothing to provide. Possibility to rent bed linen/towels, contact me if necessary. The room is equipped with a 160/200 bed (220/240 duvet) and the second bed is the sofa bed in the living room, also 140/200.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
