This is my place. It’s a 120 m² loft. It’s 10 minutes from the historic centre, right by the Pont de Ré, with the ocean close by, a large Sunday market and a market on Wednesdays. A loft means everything is open-plan: for sleeping, there’s the upper floor, where I’ve placed 2 double beds on the mezzanine, perfect for friends and/or family, and very close by. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
