Close to all shops (Carrefour, bakery, restaurant, etc.) of the port and the 4 lanes connecting Caen. Every Friday morning, a market is set up with its local products, a 10-minute walk away. I live 7 minutes away by car, so very responsive except for unforeseen circumstances
