Beautiful 3-star house, completely renovated, very well exposed with garden. Located 200 m from the beach. Walled garden with very good exposure, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and BBQ. Free parking on the property. Paid street parking from 03/01 to 10/31. Electric vehicle connection prohibited. Garage on the property to house motorcycles and bicycles. Pets allowed after agreement.
