Une place de parking privative vous permettra d'être garé en face du studio.

Hi , You will have a pleasant stay in my apartment, which includes a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 x 190) and a kitchenette as well as a bathroom, separate toilet and a south-facing balcony with an unobstructed view. You will appreciate the proximity to the sea with a very pretty cove accessible 200 m away as well as the city center with its many shops and restaurants. You will have a private parking space.

This independent accommodation, completely renovated in early 2019, is located in the large garden of the owners (charming couple). We reside in Santa Lucia Park, residential area of St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large, quiet garden, 2 steps from the sea (3 minutes walk). The setting is very pleasant and relaxing. There is no overlap. Everything is done to have a 100% relaxing stay. Palms, turtles, cats, shade, sun, pool ( to share)...
