great stay, we were welcomed by Richard, a friend of Geoffroy's, helpful and available at all times. Very well located,very clean, air-conditioned apartment, very functional on all levels in the heart of St Raphaël, close to the sea 2 minutes away. Set between Cannes and St Tropez, very quiet residence. The people are very welcoming and the owner is very responsive, even from afar. Our 2 dogs feasted in the sea. We took very nice walks and discovered a beautiful area. Thank you very much for everything Geoffroy and Richard for your welcome. We recommend ++. Very friendly and friendly hosts. The place was perfect with great views. There was absolutely nothing missing, a lot of attention to the details, which makes a difference. The environment is very calm and relaxing. The train station is a 10-minute walk to the main cities of the French Riviera (Nice Cannes Fréjus etc.) for three times nothing which is very convenient (no need to take the car) Go for it!!

Accommodation in a good location close to the sea and very well equipped. Croisette and merchants were all within walking distance. Very pleasant stay and our host was always available for any questions.

This apartment is fantastic value, the apartment is less than 2 minutes from the beach. The best restaurant i Juan Les Pins "Le Bistrot" is 50 metres away! A decent supermarket is just around the corner and yet it still feel quiet in the apartment. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. Angela is very responsive and helpful. it's great!

We stayed at Francoise's house for 1 week in April and had a lovely time. The house is nice and quiet, well equipped, with a private garden and access to the shared pool, and short walk to multiple coves and beaches for swimming. St Raphael is a short walk or cycle away. We would recommend this place.

Beautiful tiny apartment. It was originally a two car garage, which was nicely transformed into an apartment. The bedroom is one car and the kitchen the other car. :-) along them there is a hall with a closet and the toilet alongside the bedroom while the shower alongside the kitchen. The deck outside is fantastic: both the sea and the property house offer great views. We used the kitchen for minimal eating, we walked or drove for dinner-out restaurants with lots of seafood. Lots of walk-able trails in the area as well as short to medium drive time to more trails. My wife and I loved the time here!

We had a great time. The accommodation was very comfortable, quiet and in a good location. the garden is very nice. and it is convenient to be able to park your car. Marie Paule and her husband are very welcoming and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place if you would like to have a great stay and recharge your batteries

We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at this modern, cozy apartment in Antibes. The location is perfect—2 minutes from a supermarket, next to a gas station, and walking distance to the beach, pharmacy, and restaurants. The design is beautiful, and the ground-floor garden, where friendly-fancy cats visited each morning, was a lovely touch. The apartment had everything we needed: fast internet, two smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable beds, and spacious closets. Everything felt modern or new, making it a perfect home away from home. Mikko, the owner, was attentive and quick to respond, while Nora, the SUPER host, made sure we had everything for a great stay. There’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. It will undoubtedly be our first choice the next time we visit the Côte d’Azur. Highly recommended!

Spacious apartment and very responsive and helpful host. Great aircon for the height of summer season. Pool lovely and well located for both walking into Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Could be modernised in some areas like the kitchen but all very clean and things working fine.

We stayed at Catherine's place for 45 days and recommend it without reservation. You can get everywhere on foot. Garage available in the building. The accommodation is equipped with all amenities to make everyday life easier. Beautiful sunny and comfortable terrace with direct sea views.

The hosts were very professional and welcoming! The apartment is 5/5 clean, spacious and well located, all close to the sea! I would recommend it in a second.

Clean, tidy, and well-stocked place. The photos correspond to reality. The outdoor patio is a little gem!!! You could hear the waves of the sea! The accommodation is close to a supermarket stocked with everything and a two-minute walk from the sea with access to equipped or free beach. We parked the car inside the residence and no longer needed to use it until we left. Paca was very kind, both on our arrival and departure. We will definitely be back!!!!

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

the studio corresponded exactly to the description & photos. claude/dominique were very nice, helpful and always available. the location is very good. you are at sentier littorlal in 5 minutes. will be happy to come back.👌🤗👍
