The house is located in the heart of the small exclusive hamlet of Cabasson, overlooking the Fort de Bregançon, the President's summer residence. It is nestled between the Var hills with magnificent trails, the most beautiful vineyards and large white sand beaches. The nearest one is down the street. The house offers great comfort for 6 people, a beautiful living room with fireplace and its kitchen with its cooking piano, and a large outdoor space. Calm and nature by the sea ☀️
