Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. The Highland Place features 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a queen, 1 bathroom, and a game area with a foosball table for a fun night in! This upper level condo sleeps up to 4 people and is steps away from the main street attractions. Highland Place is a short 25 minute drive from Rochester and Mayo Clinic, 30 minute drive from Winona, and a short 10 minute drive to Whitewater State Park.
