We had a wonderful stay at La Petite Maison de Nicola in La Rèpe, which offers a stunning view of the castle of Châteauneuf. The cottage is beautifully decorated, very well equipped, and full of charm. We met Nicola the day after our arrival—she was warm, welcoming, and responsive. We truly enjoyed our conversation with her on the terrace. We loved the experience so much that we wanted to extend our stay. Although the cottage was already booked, Nicola kindly offered us the chance to move to La Maison de Papy, another of her guesthouses. It was a lovely opportunity to discover a different village, and the house was equally well equipped and very peaceful. All in all, it was a delightful stay with Nicola and her family. Charming and spacious house at excellent location

My wife and I had a wonderful five night stay in April ‘25 at this well decorated, peaceful and spacious property spread across three floors at the edge of a beautiful village with two great boulangeries, some nice restaurants and canal less than a 5 min away drive away. Ground floor has a huge garage, cellar houses a washer / dryer. First floor has the living room, kitchen, TV room, WC & shower. Kitchen has all the utensils you will need to cook plus some more. Second floor has three bedrooms with a spacious bathroom / WC / bathtub. Comfortable beds, showers have adequate pressure and hot water was fine. Owners controlled the temperature of the heating remotely. Claudine manages the property and was very responsive and helpful. Great location to explore the small villages, wine route, Beaune, Autun and Dijon. Be aware that there are some 15 stone steps to reach the front door on the first floor. Then about 10 wooden steps to the second floor. May be an issue for some with bad knees

A breathtaking view from the terrace of this beautiful townhouse. It has been tastefully renovated and offers quality services. Contrary to what is stated, we had a self check-in and checkout with a lockbox but it is not inconvenient. When we needed something (garden furniture cushions), the response was very quick! Thank you for everything

Beautifully situated Gite, quite peaceful and homely. Very well designed and comfortable gite,everything anybody could need. It is in a great position to visit Vezalay, Auxerre, Semur en Auxois, Dijon and Autun. The Morvan national park is close by for walkers etc. Highly recommended.

Country winemakers home with pool & stunning views

Off the beaten path, but a great central location to tour Burgundy. Definitely need a car. Kitchen was awesome and we cooked every night. Lovely pool area and multiple outside dining spaces. Awesome views of the vineyard and surrounding landscapes. Steve and Jill were great hosts and met us upon arrival. Lovely welcome package. We would highly recommend this lovely home. Note: The property is on multiple levels. No issue for us, but may be challenging for people with mobility issues.

The location is perfect for taking a walk with the dog right from the front door. Even though the weather was not perfect, we were still able to use the heated pool 2x. The fireplace provided cozy warmth in the evening. Thanks for the hospitality and extra firewood.

Beautiful little spot that I wish I could have stayed longer in. I was passing by on a bike race and needed a place to sleep. Due to bad weather my arrival time was getting later and later. The hosts were more than happy to help me out with checking at midnight. Lovely little spot

We loved our stay at your wonderful place. The reception with drinks at the pool, our dinner with the wonderful flavours of the region including the wine and the icecream with a little extra. The sleeping facilities were great and the breakfast with the freshly made eggs, with your special ingredients, gave us the energy we needed to continue our journey…. We hope to come back!!

Authentic Village Home Burgundy

A place in a countryside that we loved. It's green, hilly, quiet, full of fields around and the hamlet is very pretty (all the houses are made of stone). The accommodation is very large and it feels like home which is very pleasant and not always the case in a vacation rental. As the house is large, a small background cleaning would be necessary from time to time. As soon as you leave the house you can walk quietly, pick blackberries, meet the herds of cows. Robert is a very welcoming person with whom it is easy to connect with. We'll be happy to go back!

Beautiful cottage with sober and neat decoration. The space was very clean. It is conveniently located 15 minutes drive from tourist activities (Fontenay Abbey, Flavigny-sur-Ozerain...) The amenities offered (sauna and jacuzzi) allowed a very nice moment of relaxation as a couple. Book without hesitation.
