Between Lablachère and Les Vans, at the end of the farmhouse, former silk factory, we offer our recently renovated cottage (4-star rated). The 57 m2 cottage opens to the garden level on a private inner courtyard with a small pool. On the ground floor, under a vault, is the entrance to the cellar-laundry room reserved for this accommodation. A stone staircase leads to the 18 m2 south-facing covered private terrace, with views of the vineyards and the surrounding countryside...

A large terrace with a barbecue area in front of the entrance, overlooking the valley, leads into the living/dining room of this highly comfortable, fully renovated 45 m² gîte. Fully equipped integrated kitchen (ceramic hobs , fridge with Freezer, electric oven, ...). One  bedroom  equipped with 160x200 beds + umbrella bed (baby kit). Sitting area with 140x190 sofa bed . Separate toilet and large walk-in shower. Flat screen TV with TNT and WiFi. And a parking space.

Only in summer, an outbuilding (chambre+W.C/sdb) will allow a possible isolation for a couple.

This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.

The Jardin des Oliviers, located at the end of the village, with its terraces overlooking the valley, enjoys an exceptional 360° view. Rejuvenation, absolute calm and a breathtaking view await you here. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.
