H έπαυλη, βρίσκεται μπροστά στην ακτή, με θέα την ανατολή ηλίου, σε ένα μικρό παραλιακό οικισμό που ονομάζεται Καστρί Λουτρό, ο οποίος συνορεύει με την πιο πολυσύχναστη παραλία της κεντρικής Ελλάδας,τον Πλαταμώνα. Στο ισόγειο της έπαυλης βρίσκεται ο εν λόγω χώρος 60 τ.μ,δύο υπνοδωμάτια (1 ιδιωτικό και ένα κοινόχρηστο), κουζίνα, καθιστικό, τουαλέτα, ιδιωτική βεράντα και πάρκινγκ.Η οργάνωση είναι κατάλληλη για να φιλοξενήσει από 2-4 άτομα. Κατάλληλο για οικογένειες.

Excellent view of Olympus and the sea, just 800 meters from the beach. Restaurants, bars and shops are just a 12-minute walk away. It has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV and a barbecue facility. It has an outdoor shower, an outdoor private pool with lawn around it.

In the apartment you can find 2 bedrooms. One with a king sized bed and one with two bunk beds sleeping 4 people.There is a tiny little bathroom but be sure that you will find in it just everything you need! There is also a washing machine available so you can do your laundry!There is a fully stocked kitchen where there is a dishwasher to help you do the dirty job! At the cosy living room there is a smart TV set.
