CURRENTLY, CONSTRUCTION WORKS ARE BEING CARRIED OUT on a building opposite the apartment, so some days the noise could be increased. For this reason, in case the noise does indeed cause you a problem, we will provide you a 10% discount on your stay. Our bright, cozy flat is located at the center of the modern city of Chania, within the vicinity of the city's shopping center, the central bus station, the old town of Chania with the venetian harbor and the beach.

Full renovated was completed in March 2026. Located in a quiet street just 1 minute walk from the only beach in the city center (Nea Chora beach).
