The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

If you are looking for a cozy, bright and comfortable beachfront apartment in a beautiful natural area of beach and mountain with Mediterranean sea views, I highly recommend you staying at my place. Excellent for singles or couples. The apartment is directly on the beach (rocks), which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You can access all the beaches (sandy and rocks) of this natural area and the city centre of historical Denia through a lovely seaside walkway.

On the farm there are 3 friendly cats and a small organic orchard. Located 50 meters from the sea, next to the promenade of the marine reserve, a place with a lot of charm and tranquility.
