The apartment was spotless, very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Also, the host was very kind and attentive, always available for any questions or recommendations. We were worried to stay in a place that was around so many other apartments. We were worried it would be noisy unfriendly but it was really nice vibes and super friendly. The bar restaurant is very handy especially if you have a little one. Quick walk to the beach. In April not everything in the surrounding area is open which surprised us.

Villa Ana is in the most peaceful spot - just outside the town of Soller, which is lovely, surrounded by mountains with the sound of birds, chickens and occasional dog, and the toot-toot of the Soller to Port of Soller tram. The garden is full of lemon trees and the smell is wonderful especially in the evenings. A short walk to local Spar which is basic but clean and staff helpful. The town is a bit further on but walkable (we are in our 70s and 80s and managed it!). The villa is equipped with all we needed, spotlessly clean. The pool was lovely, a maintenance man called during our stay. It is deep so not for young children who can't yet swim. Antonio was the perfect host. Met us on arrival and showed us around then left us in peace but responded very quickly the two times we needed his help. We wanted to rest in peace and quiet and for that it was perfect!

It was all we could ask for: peace, quiet, a pool and kittens :) even a washing machine! apartment is very tastefully furnished and all rooms look really nice and are comfortable. if/when we come back to mallorca, this will probably be on our list of stays.

We had an amazing experience at this place. The place is super cute and had everything we needed and super close to the beach and restaurants and markets, but the highlight goes to the host Vanessa that was super helpful and amazing since the beginning. 100% recommend

We stayed in April, fantastic beachfront location so absolute comfort for the beach, the center and the promenade, clean and very spacious house, in 8 we were very well. Highly recommended!

Great quiet location as we were looking for. The accommodation is very well-equipped inside and out. Everything is well thought of, nothing is missing. The accommodation is optimal for couple. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely Finca, very comfortable and a good location to base yourself if you have a car to explore the east of the island. Very charming and responsive host.

Our stay was superb. It was more then we expected. The village is super nice, cute and authentic and the same goes for Maria's house. We had more than enough space for the 5 off us and the little courtyard is super nice. Everything you need is close by and you can go on hikes to Soller and Tramuntana. I highly recommend Maria's place.

Francisca and Maria were warm, kind, generous and vey helpful during our month long stay in their family home in Petra. The house is very beautiful and located almost at the center of Mallorca, so we had many trips exploring the island, and then were appreciative to return to a place that felt like a home.

Spacious and very cozy accommodation, small inner courtyard not overlooked. Very clean, well-equipped and as described. Little interest in Manacor but ideal location for visiting the island. Pere is responsive and has been accommodating. We recommend it.

Very nice place to stay. Enjoyed a lot

We traveled as a group of 7 women and were very happy with the place. The house is beautiful and has enough space, especially the two bathrooms with showers are worth gold with 7 women. The location is very good, shopping right around the corner. The communication with Maria was always very good, she always wrote back very quickly. The only downside was the aircraft noise, but in principle you can't do much about it. Everything is great, we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, ideal for families with children. Everything was clean, tidy. Plenty of towels for all guests and even towels for the beach! For children, beach toys, also umbrella and sun loungers. Quiet location close to the beach, at the same time minutes on a street full of shops, bars and restaurants. Bel responds immediately to messages. We will definitely be back!

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Stephanie was a fantastic host—very responsive, proactive, and helpful. The flat is well-equipped, though there was barely any soap and no shampoo or shower gel provided. The kitchen, however, is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking (check the shelf under the cooker hood for salt and spices). The space is generally clean, though there’s a slight trace of sand, but it’s not an issue overall. The main drawback is the lack of direct sunlight in the apartment. When we arrived in early November, it felt a bit chilly and humid, but thankfully, there’s a heater inside. The location itself is magnificent, especially if you’re a cyclist. It’s very calm and cozy, although you might hear some faint noise from a nearby hotel disco around 11 p.m., which isn’t a major concern. Overall, it’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for a calm and pleasant place to stay. My recommendation!

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!
