The holiday apartment is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It offers an unobstructed view to the south, across the Havelland. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen–diner with a sofa bed, a terrace, and a private garden. On the first floor, you will find the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with a welcoming shower. Floor area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m². Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 m²) can also be rented. Three additional persons can be accommodated there.

In Schweinrich, on Lake Dranser, which is closed to motorboats, lies the romantic holiday home 'Landlust', with its idyllic, large garden, 100 metres from the bathing area. Boathouse with its own jetty. Canoes, kayaks and a sailing dinghy (sailing experience required) can be hired. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Please note: The house is not suitable for people strongly allergic to cats.

The Havel and Elbe rivers are in the immediate vicinity, and extensive cycling tours are available. The house is very well equipped, has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, as well as a sofa bed for two people. Two shower rooms and a fully equipped kitchen are included. The garden invites you to linger and relax with plenty of space.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

Charming, quiet apartment in the farmhouse with separate access. You will live and sleep on separate levels. The kitchen (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, range hood) and the bathroom (double sink, bidet) are fully equipped. You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge, where you can retreat. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!
