The mini-kitchen has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table/chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. Many extras. Snacks. Quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog.

Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. With a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, full kitchen, shower in bathroom, laundry, and gas fireplace, the apt. is attached by an elevated deck to the main house, my childhood home, (which my husband and I call our "Hilltop Hospitality House"). There is a privacy curtain provided for guests who would like a little separation between the bed and sleeper sofa.

Country setting five minutes from civilization. Self contained suite shares one common wall with main house. Full kitchen, and laundry facilities. Master bath has shower for all guests to share.
