Apartment a few meters from the beach with a wonderful view of the Red Mountain of La Tejita. The apartment has a terrace, a bathroom with a tub, an equipped kitchen (without an oven), and an interior bedroom with a double bed. It also has a community pool and very well-kept gardens. A few meters away is the shopping center, which has restaurants, shops and leisure activities. And an extensive park to walk, play soccer or basketball. A very quiet place to spend a few days relaxing.

The apartment is located in a private residential area. A bathroom, a bedroom and a common space with a sofa bed, all equipped for our guests. It is fully accessible, without steps. The decoration is minimalist with a cozy touch, inspired by the island culture. It is very bright, with natural light in all parts of the house during the day. The great star of our apartment is undoubtedly the 100m2 terrace, which is very bright. The perfect space to remote work.

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.
