The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (in a building without an elevator) in a quiet area, right next to a park and only 500 m from the sea. Free parking is available by the building. The apartment consists of a separate bedroom, a comfortable living area, and a glazed balcony overlooking the pink lagoon, and park, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and relaxing after a long day while admiring the sunsets.

В квартире есть все начиная с лифта и бассейна во дворе заканчивая кондиционерами в каждой комнате. Настроены на зиму и лето . Прям в доме подземный паркинг , вы можете не выходя из дома сразу по лифту спуститься в низ в машину . Рядом с домом хорошая развязка дорог , можно без проблем поехать в торговые центры. Они рядом и большие , в пешей доступности есть 2 пляжа .
