Panoramic ocean views, amazing terrace

Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.

Very close to shopping centre, supermarkets, restaurants, promenade, beaches and Lake Martiánez. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa, with the possibility of folding it down so that a child or an adult can sleep (ask). It has a community swimming pool and limited community parking. There is a possibility to ask for an extra cot.
