Taklägenhet ca 80 meter från strandpromenaden och 100 m från Medelhavet i Torrevieja! Liten hall välkomnar och leder in till modernt inrett kök, matplats och rum i öppen planlösning. På altanen som är ca 12 kvm stor finns bord och fyra stolar samt en elektrisk markis. Här finns 2 sovrum, ett har en skön dubbelsäng och det andra har två enkelsängar. Bra med garderobsutrymme och 2 fräscha badrum med dusch och toalett. Här bor Du bekvämt och fritt utan något högt hus framför Dig. Nära till allt!

Wake up feeling wonderfully rested and have breakfast on the balcony. Then sunbathe on the solarium or take a dip in the pool with a drink along the impressive turquoise lagoon. In the afternoon a tapas lunch on the beach or on the terrace. There are many public beaches to visit in the nearby villages (10 minutes). There are plenty of sports options such as volleyball, golf, swimming and canoeing. There is still construction work going on at the resort. However, our complex is finished.

Luxury and modern villa, with beautiful outdoor area. The home is on two floors and has good room solutions and is modernly furnished. All bedrooms have direct access to a balcony or terrace /outdoor area. The home is south facing, so here there is sun from morning to evening. There is heating and air conditioning in all rooms. The home has a large and well-maintained plot with palm trees and exotic plants, a large swimming pool (50 square meters) and a nice play area for children

Rymlig balkong med full havsutsikt för att kunna njuta av havet och omgivningarna. Säsongsöppen pool. Direkt på strandpromenaden Playa Cura i centrala Torrevieja, Costa Blanca. Denna soliga, attraktiva 4-bädds lägenhet är helt nyrenoverad, hög svensk standard, dessutom fullt utrustad för en familj eller ett, två par på semester.
