It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Our new studio "Altamira 227" is located on the first sea line, right on Playa del Duque beach with spectacular sea views of the beach, La Gomera and the well-kept pool area in the tropical garden of the "Residencia ALTAMIRA." The studio offers a cozy living room with dining area, a double bed, a luxurious leather couch, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a terrace with comfortable rattan seating furniture and sun lounger. An open kitchen and bathroom with all extras are connected.

"Casa Carina" is a spacious apartment in the popular Altamira complex in Costa Adeje with direct access to the famous El Duque beach. Relax and forget all your worries on the balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean, palm trees and sunset! The apartment is complete with a living room, terrace, equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, air conditioning and fiber internet. The Altamira complex has beautiful common areas and two swimming pools, one of which is heated.

Blancomar is an apartment created with a lot of love to make days on the island of Tenerife unforgettable. Located in the Orlando 85 Complex, just an 8-minute walk to Fañabé Beach. The complex has 2 swimming pools (and a 3rd with access for children only), a pool bar, a tennis court and a soccer field, as well as a self-service laundry. We believe that rest is essential, therefore, the apartment has air conditioning in the living room and sound insulation.

Altamira Relax

Charming apartment with Wifi located in the popular Altamira complex with direct access to El Duque Beach. The complex has pools (one heated), play area and gardens for a relaxing vacation. The apartment has a living room and sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and terrace. Parking is free in the main entrance. You will have everything a stone's throw away in this accommodation located in the tourist center (20 km from Tenerife South Airport).

As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury.
