Great flat at 3th floor( 4th real )of a retro building in second line of beach. No lift as this is a residential building and lifts are not common in this area and only required from 5th floor. Amazing sea view and just 1 min walk to the promenade and beach at lower level. The flat is completely new with air conditioning. Flat only for strict 2 people sharing the double bed. No extra people are allowed to stay over.

My bungalow can accommodate up to 3 people. On the large south terrace you can enjoy the sun from early morning to late afternoon. It's just a few minutes' walk to the dunes, beach promenade and Cita shopping mall. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. Free parking is available outside the complex. The 50-meter-long shared pool is heated in winter.
