The place was great and modern, just like in the photos. Everything was clean, and the view was amazing, with lots of birds and fireflies at night. The bed was comfortable and we felt right at home. We had almost everything we needed. A third towel would be nice since Airbnbs always forget that women need an extra towel to dry their hair. But we asked for more towels and Diego came the next day to deliver more, so it was resolved quickly. Besides that, a fan would be nice. It gets hot in the living area, and opening the windows meant letting all the bugs in. Nonetheless, we had a great time and I still think it was worth it!

We had a great stay at this home directly on the water. The view when we walked in the gate was breathtaking. You are on your own little private beach here!! We loved walking up the beach when the tide allowed. We loved the nearby restaurant Netos that Yonaton recommended. The kitchen provided well enough for our needs. The AC worked well. The house is all windows, yet they were tinted so we felt plenty private. The host provided drinking water and was available for any needs, but we rarely saw them. Forgot something when we left and a caretaker ran it out to us in our Uber before we could even take off. We were able to walk to the store, to restaurants and even down to the La Libertad pier. Used Ubers for farther distances. Thank you Monty, Yonaton and Sergio for our time here.

Our family of 7 stayed here for a week and I could not be happier with choosing this place. It is extremely private, beautiful and right on the beach! There was the main home and then a separate bungalow. The house itself was great, but the property was beautiful and I wanted to spend most of my time outside on the deck with an outdoor lounger that overlooks the ocean. the groundskeepers were so kind and helpful. we were able to pay to get a delicious breakfast brought to us, which made things so much more convenient before beginning our day. We all loved the dog, Charky! He seemed protective of our 4 year old son, which was the sweetest thing! What a pleasant surprise to meet him. We'll miss him along with this beautiful home. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Everything was excellent! I truly enjoyed staying at Mauricio's place. I also want to highlight the hosts' consistent kindness, friendliness, and responsiveness. They truly go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. For example, when I requested an extra bed in the bedroom upon making my reservation, they were very kind to accept my request. The place is very conveniently located. Even though it is a bit outside the main city, the city is just minutes away. I would recommend future long-stay guests get their groceries before arriving at the place, as there are no big supermarkets close by. Of course, for small or few things, there are neighborhood stores where you can purchase anything you need. My only suggestion for Mauricio would be to add to the place description that it is an independent unit sharing with others. However, this was not a problem at all, as the host and other guests always showed respect and maintained privacy.
