Just compare the photos: many purposely avoid showing their balcony or only offer partial views (in some you can't even see the ocean)! King size bed and separate area with 2 bunk beds divided by sliding door, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and oceanfront balcony. New complex with 2 pools, gym, kids room, co-working and spacious common areas by the beach.

We also have a shared area with a swimming pool, dining room, sofas, and sunbeds to enjoy a beautiful sunny day. For the comfort of our guests we have air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and fans.
