As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

Our 800sq ft beachfront casitas are ideal for a couple, a family of three, or just a couple of friends traveling together. The casitas provide total privacy within the openness of the studio layout. The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. Eden Villas - Casa Tortugas

Beautiful Villa in the quietest place, near the sea and the jungle, furnished, Wi-Fi connection with a speed of 1 mb (due to the area in which it is located, it is the maximum speed), air conditioning in each room, Internet TV service (Roku), swimming pool, large gardens, garage for one car, it has an equipped laundry room and is located on a private street on Playa de los Ayala, Nayarit. (Duplex condo, shares a pool and gardens) *Very poor cell phone coverage in the village.

If you like nature Casa Miraflores is the right place for you. The house is located 5 min from town in a quiet area. You will find Colibries, chachalacas and lots of beautiful butterflies. Enjoy the open concept and outdoor lounge area with pool. Have your breakfast on the terrace before you head to the beach. The house has a king size bed with mosquito net in the first bedroom and queen size bed with mosquito net in the loft under the palapa. Bathroom with walk in shower.

Acapulco House (second floor)

New apartment with an excellent location, preferably for 2 people. It has air conditioning in the bedroom and TV with Chromecast so you can enjoy your Netflix movies, plus an equipped kitchen and 43-inch TV in the living room with Netflix included. The main avenue is located 3 and a half blocks away, the beach is 2 blocks away. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly. You will find grocery stores, a small supermarket, a butcher shop, and a tortilla shop.

Casa Lucas-Andrea (1 block from the beach)

This spacious luxury condo of 100 square meters, fully independent and private just like a normal house, is located 1 block from the beautiful beach of Guayabitos. It is comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything you need to rest and relax with the tranquility of the residential area. It also has a pool and lounge chairs to enjoy the climate of the region, with a garden and grill for your roast meat and installation to put your hammock.
