Modern house with stunning floors. Nice choice of materials and comfortable furniture. This apartment is extra sober with beautiful gentle colors. A luxurious feel. The ocean-view terrace is the place where you “live” all summer. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms, all the mechanical equipment and technology that works everywhere. The beach outside is the coast's absolute best beach. Due to a major drought it is forbidden to fill pools in the area therefore the pool is closed from August 17 2023.

Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.
