Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space at Parque Burnett in Pinares, Punta del Este. We are surrounded by nature and just 5 minutes away from the sea. You can relax in our lovely 1700 square meter park, listening to the birds, or to your favorite music at the gazebo, or soak in our heated pool. You also have a large BBQ area in the garage to taste a homemade barbecue. The house has AC in every room, and dehumidifiers, to make your stay really comfortable.

Ideal for families or friends, it offers 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom (tub not available), and a living room-kitchen area with air conditioning. Perfect for guests with pets thanks to its enclosed garden and perimeter alarm security. Located near a downtown with all the essential amenities. Note: Electricity is charged separately.
