This apartment is fully air conditioned and has been completely renovated in 2025. Sundream Escape is located in Adeje's suburb Playa Paraiso and just a few-minutes-walk away from the new Waterfront Promenade. Two small local beaches – Playa Las Galgas and Playa El Pinque are less than 500m away, Playa de Ajabo 1km. The romantic sun-set-bars and restaurants of Roca Negra located by the ocean are just a 15-minutes-walk away. The legendary Golf course Costa Adeje is an 8-minutes-drive away , Abama Golf only 12 minutes , the Airport Tenerife Sur 20 minutes.

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Villa que cuenta con tres habitaciones, dos baños, salón-cocina amplios y un precioso jardín con piscina no climatizada. En el sur de Tenerife hace calor todo el año por lo que la piscina se puede usar siempre, sin necesidad de estar climatizada. En la villa hay wifi y todas las comodidades necesarias para una estupenda estancia.
