An apartment equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. Fast Internet, located in a quiet residential roundabout where there are almost no cars. 300 meters from the beach, restaurants, bank, supermarket, 100 meters from the gym, very central. You can go out at night and walk back. It is normal to see iguanas, howler monkeys, foxes, birds, squirrels, etc. in the yard. Private colonial style villa with pool in the courtyard, the rooms all have AC and private bathrooms. The house comes equipped with beach towels, beach chairs and BBQ. We have a total of 4 bedrooms , 3 have its own full bath and 1 has a shared bath and uses the guest 1/2 bathroom . We have 2 rooms with king beds, 1 room with a queen bed and one room with 2 indivudual beds plus a sleeping couch . The house sleeps comfortable 8 persons but could also be used up to 10 .
