Monthly Rentals in Playa Real

It was a great stay. Check’in easy and organized. The area was perfect - minutes walk to beach and restaurants. The apartment is smaller than I imagined but very well thought out and organized. Impeccably clean and new as of April 2025. Apartment well designed and comfortable with AC throughout. The common area of building is stunning. We were there when there weren’t many in the building so felt privacy and had access to the pool alone. It is a small pool so would be difficult to share with others if there are many. Host was perfect and lightening fast response. Helped me through an issue. — Tip - toilet paper must go in trash bin or you will flood toilet. This is for all bathrooms in CR I believe.

We had a great visit to Costa Rica and had everything we needed at this Airbnb. My family loved relaxing by the pool. We were able to cook in and grill and had no problems. Claire and Steve were very responsive and very helpful with any information we needed.

The location for this airbnb was actually perfect for us! We were upgraded from the red villa to the yellow villa and we were so grateful and excited to start our adventure!The hosts were so amazing and kind with all of our questions and needs, we borrowed their bikes and road down to the beach it took about 3 minutes it was about half a mile away to playa conchal !! We also went to two other beaches we did drive to them though we enjoyed playa Mina’s and playa pirate 🏴‍☠️! The airbnb was soooo spacious and everything was clean and tidy they also offered two fridges and any cooking appliance imaginable! We also saw so much wildlife during our stay here we saw howler monkeys and all types of birds! Also the pool is huge!! We can’t wait to visit Costa Rica again sometime in the near future and we will definitely be staying here again!!!

I loved Kim and Tim’s place! It was quiet and beautiful, clean and comfortable. We could walk to the beach and saw monkeys on our last day. Kim made sure we had everything we needed for a fun stay. Thank you!
