It's a 5-minute drive from Papas & Beer and a 5-minute walk from the beach. There's private parking for a medium-sized car (up to a Range Rover Sport fits). We have a safe place next to the house for pickups. The house is brand new! We have an outdoor shower to remove sand when returning from the beach

There is 2 pools, 1 is next to a restaurant and the beach. Communication will be all done in English and Spanish.
