We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin.

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Our home is located just steps away from the Grove City Historic Town Center featuring restaurants, breweries, a coffee house, and shopping! Columbus is a short drive away as well. In addition to the playground across the street we encourage venturing a short walk down the road to Windsor Park where we often enjoyed a daily stroll or seasonally catch a local league baseball game (with concessions!), or enjoy use of the pickleball courts,playgrounds, and bike paths.
