You have the ground floor of the house, the floor is never occupied. Close to Fouesnant Bénodet Beaches, sleeps 4 people with 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and in the living room, a sofa bed with a thick 140 cm mattress, easy to install. House and garden totally independent, no sharing except parking.
