this small house is unique and close to all sites and amenities on foot or by bike, which will facilitate the planning of your visit (the castle of Trevarez 4 kilometers away, the Nantes-Brest canal 2 kilometers away, the forest of HUELGOAT 30 kilometers away, the beach of Saint-Nic and others. accommodation with 2 bedrooms (one on the ground floor with a 140 x 190 bed, the other upstairs with an electric 2 x 80 x 200 bed and storage, in the living room there is a 2-seater sofa bed.

The ground floor is composed of an equipped kitchen, a table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed and two terraces: a large terrace with views of nature and the garden with tables, sun loungers, barbecue and a 2nd terrace with two garden chairs. The first floor consists of a bedroom with two 90x200 beds, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom (new shower installed mid-October 2025) and a separate toilet.
