An unusual, new house located between the port of Kérity and the Eckmühl lighthouse. You will enjoy a view of the lighthouse from all the rooms and a view of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom. On foot, the ocean is one minute away, the lighthouse is 2 minutes away and the port of Kérity is 5 minutes away! You will stay in a house made entirely of wood, with an eco-friendly design. On stilts, located on a large plot of land, with trees to the south and east. 2 parking spaces at the entrance. There are no shutters in the upstairs bedroom.

Located in the middle of a 3000 m2 plot, it is surrounded by a wood and therefore not overlooked. You can enjoy the silence of the countryside, the singing of birds and meals on the south-facing terrace. 3 bikes and 3 surfboards are also available if you want to get around without a car or enjoy the pleasure of surfing.
