Full foot on about 65 m2, facing south with a wooden terrace of 25 squaremeters, a large bay window, it is spacious, clear and quiet at only 200 m from the costal footpath GR 34, the port,the beach of Théven ...lovely walks are possibel direction Plouescat or Roscoff. Quiet cul-de-sac, beautiful renovated sea view apartment and fully equipped 2 bedrooms - bedding and towels provided 2 terraces: 1 sea view and a second facing south 300 m2 garden. Parking, entrance, garden, terraces, small storage room, all private. GR34 200 m away, beach 250 m away. Tourist documentation and information available. Bicycles equipped with saddlebags. Possibility to rent the entire house (i.e. 2 apts) for 8 people. On request, cleaning fee of 30 euro.

Located 100 m from the sea, this cottage is the perfect place to recharge your batteries, read by the fireplace or in the garden furniture. The interior is nice and bright. A private garden, facing south, is at your disposal. Your children will have fun on the swings of the large common garden or with the animals (horses, chickens and goats). Beautiful landscapes to contemplate along the coastline. Hikes on site by taking the GR34. House adjacent to another gite.

Our pretty Breton farmhouse (rated 3 stars by OT 29) was completely renovated in 2020 by us and we wanted to make it a warm and welcoming place while keeping the charm of the old by using materials such as stone, wood, hemp and lime. Located 500 meters from KERNIC Bay, the house is ideally located for cycling, hiking and water sports enthusiasts.
