Located on the north coast of Finistère, in Plouescat, a seaside resort, close to Roscoff, and not far from Brest, our new house, designed to accommodate vacationers, is ideal for relaxing and restful, or sporty, vacations with family or friends. The house is located 300 m from the sandy beaches and the port. This proximity to the sea, the quality of the interior amenities of the house and the diversity of its outdoor amenities, in particular the spa, are its assets.

House 100 m from the sea

Located 100 m from the sea, this cottage is the perfect place to recharge your batteries, read by the fireplace or in the garden furniture. The interior is nice and bright. A private garden, facing south, is at your disposal. Your children will have fun on the swings of the large common garden or with the animals (horses, chickens and goats). Le Petit Vilar is a newly renovated former outbuilding in a very quiet and wooded site. All the accommodation is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many short hiking trails. The nearest beach is about ten minutes by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its grocery store, its Romanesque and Baroque church and its Freedom Tree, is within walking distance. The accommodation does not include a TV but is equipped with wifi. Bike shelter.

In Kerlouan, 300 m from the site of Ménéham, beaches, turquoise sea, on the Côte des Légendes, independent, bright, comfortable single-story house for 4 people + 1 baby including: equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, separate toilet, 2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed + baby bed, 1 with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, 1 fireplace. Large enclosed garden with terrace sheltered from the wind, garden furniture, barbecue. Pets not allowed.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Wooden house, mini-loft type, or Tiny, independent on one level. Independent terrace area with garden furniture. Located in a 17th century hamlet, quiet and cul-de-sac. The first beaches are 10 minutes walk (Menfig Beach, Frouden...). We reach the GR34 in 5 mins. This place is great for 2. But we accept up to 2 additional people. The bed will be done (queen size ground floor, 140 on the mezzanine).

Our pretty Breton farmhouse (rated 3 stars by OT 29) was completely renovated in 2020 by us and we wanted to make it a warm and welcoming place while keeping the charm of the old by using materials such as stone, wood, hemp and lime. Located 500 meters from KERNIC Bay, the house is ideally located for cycling, hiking and water sports enthusiasts.
