Petite longère typiquement bretonne du bord de mer, située sur la côte nord du Finistère, à Plouescat, station balnéaire du pays du Leon, proche de Roskof et non loin de Brest. Notre maison est idéale pour les amoureux de la bretagne et ses côtes . Toute proche de la baie du Kernic, elle offre la possibilitée d'arpenter tous les circuits pedestres et vtt cotiers, ainsi que de pratiquer tous les sports nautiques possibles grâce à ses spots ( kite surf, planche et char à voile, kayak, padle, etc )

L'atelier, Mini-loft à 800 m : plage et GR34.

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. Maisonnette en bois, de type mini-loft, ou Tiny, indépendante de plain pied. Espace terrasse indépendant avec salon de jardin. Situé dans un hameau du XVIIème siècle, au calme et en impasse. Les premières plages sont à 10 minutes à pied (Plage de Menfig, Frouden...). On rejoint le GR34 en 5 minutes. Ce logement est idéal pour 2. Mais nous acceptons jusque 2 personnes supplémentaires. Les lits seront faits (RDC queen size, 140 sur la mezzanine).

Villa Les Mouettes vue mer, SAUNA, accès plage

You will appreciate the magnificent sea view from all the rooms of the house and the garden which changes with the tides, the sun, the waves and the wind. You will have direct access to the fine, white sand beach of Menfig, which is not very crowded, especially in the mornings and evenings. Tiny cottage in the countryside!

We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.

Studio au calme proche de la mer

Studio refait à neuf , indépendant, attenant à la maison des propriétaires. Le lit est prêt pour votre arrivée et le linge de toilette est fournis. Accessibilité en totale autonomie, dans un cadre nature et de toutes commodités. A 6 mn en voiture de la plage de Keremma . Ayant un chien et un chat sur place nous n' acceptons pas d'autres animaux.
