Our small 30 m2 studio is located at the tip of Caro in the municipality of Plougastel-Daoulas. 10 meters from the port, you can dive into the Brest harbor on sunny days! From the apartment you have 180 degree sea views. The presence of binoculars in the accommodation will allow you to admire the maneuvers of the boats. At the door of the small collective you will have access to hiking trails near the Pointe de l'Armorique. 10 min drive to the center of Plougastel and shops

The calm remains, the road in front of the house is a dead end and only serves the houses of the harbor.

My accommodation is close to public transport and Brest (10 min). Located on the edge of the harbor, it enjoys breathtaking sea views and serene calm, direct beach access, direct access to the surrounding pedestrian paths, a garden furniture area allocated to the studio on the ground floor. This studio located in my garden is independent of my main house. You can benefit from a covered space to store your "nautical" equipment if necessary.
